Heilonggong Town, belonging to Shangzhi City, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the northwest of Shangzhi City, at the south foot of Daqingshan Mountain, the Yumai of zhangguangcai mountain, and the upstream of Daliangzi river. It is adjacent to Qingchuan township of Yanshou County in the East, Changshou Township and Maoershan town in the south, Songfengshan town of Acheng District in the west, and Sanbao township of Bin County in the north. In 2018, the area of black dragon palace was 421.55 square kilometers, and the registered residence population was 18441.
In October 2019, Heilonggong town governs 12 administrative villages.
