Jiaxin town

Jiaxin Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Yanshou County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the northeast of Yanshou County, at the West foot of zhangguangcailing, at the lower reaches of Maliu River and Liangzhu river. It is adjacent to Baoxing township of Fangzheng County in the East, Zhonghe town in the south, Anshan Township in the West and Huifa town of Fangzheng County in the north. In 2018, the area was 150 square kilometers, and the registered residence was 20448.

In the late Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Changshou county. In 1929, it was called Jiaxin town. In 1934, SINOSURE was added, with jurisdiction over 20A. In 1938, Jiaxin village was changed into a village with seven districts under its jurisdiction. In March 1946, it was changed to Jiaxin district. In September 1949, it was renamed the fourth district. In April 1956, it was changed into a central Township, with jurisdiction over Jiaxin, Zhonghe, Chonghe and Fengshan. In August 1958, it was changed into kaxin commune. In 1984, the commune was transformed into a town.

In October 2019, Jiaxin town governs nine administrative villages.

In 2018, Jiaxin town has 50 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Jiaxin town is located in the alluvial delta plain of the two rivers, the Mashou river is located in the northwest, the Liangzhu river flows from south to north, the terrain is high in the South and low in the north.

Rainfall is mainly concentrated in July to August every year.
