Dexiang Township, belonging to Bayan County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the north of Bayan County, adjacent to Tianzeng town in the East, waxing town in the south, Xinglong Town in the West and Wanfa town in the north. In 2018, the area was 204.29 square kilometers, and the registered residence was 39164.

In 1948, Lianming village was set up in three mountainous areas. In March 1956, Dexiang township was established. In August 1958, the township was transformed into a commune, and in November, it was merged into Xinglong commune. In February 1984, the commune was transformed into a township. In March 2001, Renhe township was incorporated.
