TUANSHANZI Township
TUANSHANZI Township, belonging to Yilan County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the east of Yilan County. It faces Tulongshan town of Huanan County across the woken River in the East, DAOTAIQIAO town and Jiangwan Town in the south, Yilan town in the west, and Yugong Township and hongkeli town across the woken River in the north. In 2018, the area of Tuan Shan Zi Township was 367.76 square kilometers, and the registered residence population was 38838.

TUANSHANZI township has three rivers, Mudanjiang River, woken River and Boli River, with a length of 33.1km and a drainage area of 169000 square kilometers. There are Shuifa irrigation area, Anxing irrigation area and yanwuji main canal. There are complete water conservancy facilities in Lianhe and Sanhe irrigation areas. Rich in water resources, suitable for planting rice.

Frost, drought, flood and hail often occur in TUANSHANZI township. From 14:30 to 16:30 on July 2, 1993, 13 villages in the territory were hit by a heavy rainstorm and hail rarely seen in history. Within two hours, the rainfall reached 150 mm, and a torrent with a head of 2 meters occurred, which destroyed some farmland, houses and agricultural production facilities. One farmer in Nanzhao village was swept away by the flood and died. This time, the affected farmland area reached 10.515 million mu, the total yield area was 45000 mu, 102 households and 256 houses were destroyed, and 12000 kg of moldy and rotten grain were washed away.
