Erba Town, belonging to Hulan District of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the east of Hulan District, bordering on Yanglin township of Bayan County in the East, facing Xiji town of Bayan County across Songhua River in the south, Fangtai town in the west, Kangjin town in the north and Bayan County across Piao River in the northeast. In 2018, the area was 117 square kilometers, and the registered residence was 25246.

Qing Dynasty, is the first district of Dongxiang Hedong. During the Republic of China, it belonged to Fangtai township (the third police district). In September 1958, the Township Reform commune was established. In 1984, the commune was transformed into a township. In January 1985, the township was transformed into a town.

In October 2019, Erba town governs nine administrative villages.
