City Wall Street, a street under the jurisdiction of Jiangyuan District, Baishan City, Jilin Province, is located in the northwest of Jiangyuan District, bordering zhengcha street in the East, Jiangyuan street and Banshi street in Hunjiang District in the south, liangshuihezi town in Liuhe County in the west, and Mengjiang Township in Jingyu County in the North, with a total area of 194.2 square kilometers.

In August 2007, Sanchazi town in jiejiangyuan district set up Chengcheng street. At the end of 2011, the total population of Chengcheng street was 34110. As of June 2020, four communities and five administrative villages are under the jurisdiction of Chengcheng street.

In 1956, Sanchazi town was built.
