Monk House Village

Monk house Township, belonging to Jianchang County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, is located in the south of Jianchang County, bordering Gejia Manchu Township of Suizhong County in the East, Mingshui Manchu Township and qiuzigou township of Suizhong County in the south, Xinkailing Township and hezhangzi Township in the west, yangmadianzi Township in the north, with an administrative area of 193.82 square kilometers.

After October 1, 1949, the former monk's house district was officially designated as the seventh district; in 1983, it was changed into monk's house township; in 2002, WENZHANGZI township was merged into the city. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of monk house township was 29557. As of June 2020, the township has 15 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the Township People's government is stationed in the village.

In 2011, the total financial revenue of the village was 2.53 million yuan. The per capita net income of farmers is 7450 yuan. In 2018, there were 46 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in the village.

History of construction

After October 1, 1949, the former monk's house district was officially designated as the seventh district.

In 1956, the village of monk's house was established.

In 1958, the monk's house commune was established.

In 1983, it was changed to monk's house township.

In 2002, WENZHANGZI township was incorporated into the city.
