Yichenggong Township
Yi Cheng Township, a county in Jianping, Chaoyang City, Liaoning, is located in the middle and north part of Jianping county. It is located in the middle of the county. It is located in the east of the town. It is connected to Jianping town and Quaid town. It is connected to the South and Changlong town. The West and North are adjacent to Hei Shui town. The area is 148.4 square kilometers. Up to 2018, the registered residence population was 7095.
During the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty (1862-1874), yichenggong was under the jurisdiction of harqin right wing banner, dongweichang County, Quanzhou. In 1930, each village in the territory belonged to the Fourth District Office of Jianping County (located in Heishui). In July 1949, Yebaishou county was abolished and merged into Jianping County. In December 2000, Yicheng District separated from Heishui town and established Yicheng street. In January 2002, yichenggong street was changed to Chenggong township. As of June 2020, yichenggong village has five administrative villages.
In 2018, there were 11 industrial enterprises and 4 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Yicheng township.
Historical evolution
During the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty (1862-1874), yichenggong was under the jurisdiction of harqin right wing banner, dongweichang County, Quanzhou.
In 1930, each village in the territory belonged to the Fourth District Office of Jianping County (located in Heishui).
In 1938, yichenggong village and huoshidi village belonged to Laoyemiao village, Sandaogou village and xiaosijia village belonged to Lamadong village.
In 1940, it belonged to karaqin right wing banner.
In September 1945, Jianping County was liberated. Siheyong village and xiaoyingzi village belong to Bajia District, while MuNiu yingzi village and Fangshen village belong to Heishui district.
In 1946, it became a KMT ruled area.
In June 1947, Jianping County was liberated for the second time, and the original division system was restored.
In July 1949, Yebaishou county was abolished and merged into Jianping County. Heishui is the Fourth District of Jianping County, and Bajia is the Fifth District of Jianping County.
In February 1956, the whole county merged into districts to build townships. Fangshen village in yichenggong was under the jurisdiction of dahuangzhangzi Township, and the rest was under the jurisdiction of xiaoyingzi township (Chenggong society and permanent society were established at that time). The township was located in yichenggong.
In March 1958, xiaoyingzi township was abolished, siheyong village and xiaoyingzi village were under the jurisdiction of Anjialou Township, Fangshen village and muniuyingzi village were under the jurisdiction of Heishui township.
In October 1958, it realized communization and the unity of government and society. In addition to the Fangshen brigade, the rest of the brigade was under the jurisdiction of Heishui commune.
In April 1959, it was assigned to the state-owned mechanized Forest Farm (commonly known as Heishui forest farm).
In April 1961, when the commune team system was adjusted, the Fangshen brigade was assigned to Heishui forest farm.
In December 1972, five production brigades, Fangshen, yichenggong, Sandaogou, xiaosijia and Majiazi, under the jurisdiction of Heishui forest farm, were set up to establish yichenggong people's Commune and yichenggong people's commune.
In April 1984, the commune was transformed into a rural one, with eight villages under its jurisdiction: yichenggong village, muniuyingzi village, huoshidi village, xiaosijia village, Fangshen village, laosijiazi village, siheyong village and Xitaizi village.
In August 1999, Hexiang town was merged into Heishui town.
In December 2000, Yicheng District separated from Heishui town and established Yicheng street.
In January 2002, yichenggong street was changed to Chenggong township.

By the end of 2011, yichenggong Township had five administrative villages, including laosijiazi, Xitaizi, yichenggong, huoshidi and muniuyingzi, with 50 villager groups.
As of June 2020, yichenggong village has five administrative villages. The Township People's government is stationed in Chenggong village.

Yichenggong township is located in the north central part of Jianping County, bordering Machang town in the East, Jianping town and kuidesu town in the southeast, Changlong town in the South and Heishui town in the West and North, covering an area of 148.4 square kilometers.

Yichenggong township is located in the hilly area of western Liaoning and the East Bank of Laoha river. The terrain is high in the East and low in the West. It is an extension area of the southwest edge of Horqin Desert. The terrain has a gentle slope and is mostly in the shape of round soil (sand) mound. The altitude is between 450 and 700 meters.

The extreme annual maximum rainfall was 533.6 mm (1975) and the extreme minimum rainfall was 188.7 mm (1981). The rainfall is concentrated from June to August every year, with the most in July.

There are granite, feldspar and low-grade iron ore in Yicheng township. Among them, granite reserves are 10 million cubic meters, and low-grade iron ore reserves are 3 billion tons. The main natural disasters in yichenggong township are drought, flood, hail, low temperature, wind disaster, etc. the probability of drought and flood is 66.7%, generally once every three years, and once every five years. The annual average number of hail is 1.2, with a maximum of 4 in 1974, mainly concentrated in the first and middle of June, the first ten days of July, the first ten days of August and the first ten days of September. The earliest date of Hail in the year is May 31 (2005), and the latest date is September 1 (1976). The most serious hail occurred on July 3, 1975, which was late at night. The rainstorm was accompanied by hail. The Big Hail was the size of eggs, and the small one was the size of kidney beans Small. In the commune, 32000 mu of cultivated land was washed by rain, more than 6400 mu of land was crushed by water and sand, and more than 1500 mu of foundation was damaged, most of which were Wanzi land and key farmland. Another relatively serious hail disaster occurred at 16:00 on September 1, 1976, with rainstorm and hail falling all over the commune for 25 minutes. The big ones are bigger than eggs, the small ones are bigger than apricots, and the surface hail is 5cm thick. The 55000 Mu grain crops of 7 production teams and 33 production teams in the commune were generally severely affected. Among them, 12000 mu of corn generally smashed the leaves; 30% of the sorghum yards of 7000 mu of sorghum were smashed; 25% of nearly 7000 mu of soybeans were smashed; most of the late fields, such as wheat and millet, failed. The 55000 Mu grain crops were generally affected by the disaster, and the output was reduced by more than 40%. Moreover, the hail disaster caused a large number of crops to turn green and greedy for green, which further aggravated the losses and reduced the total yield by more than 50%. The most serious drought occurred in 2009. Since July, there has been basically no rainfall. Of the 90000 Mu cultivated land in the township, only the 2500 mu of Fangshen village has a harvest, and the remaining 88000 Mu has no harvest. According to the income of 1200 yuan per mu of irrigated land and 900 yuan per mu of dry land, the loss of agriculture in the township alone is 79.8 million yuan.
