Shencai Street

Shencai street, belonging to Xinglongtai District of Panjin City, was built in 1992. It is located in Xinglongbao Town, Xinmin City, Shenyang City. It is adjacent to Yuhong District of Shenyang City in the East, Xinglongbao town of Xinmin City in the north and dalama township of Xinmin City in the West. With an area of 2 square kilometers and 13959 people (2010).

Historical evolution

In July 1992, Shencai street was established, with some administrative areas of Xinglongbao town in Xinmin County as Shencai Street administrative area. In 1996, it covers an area of 3 square kilometers and has a population of 15000. It has jurisdiction over five neighborhood committees: Qianjin old mining area, Xinglongbao East District, Xinglongbao North District, Xinglongbao west district and xinglongdian supply company. In 2002, the office was located in Shenyang oil production plant, with a population of 14400 and an area of 2 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over Guangming, Caihong and Hongwei communities.

It has jurisdiction over three communities and three jurisdictional areas: Shen mining area (residential area), Qianjin mining area (the location of Shen mining Qianjin industrial development company, more than 20 kilometers away from the sub district office) and xinglongdian reservoir. Shen Xin and Shen Jing highways cross the border.
