Jincheng seed farm of Liaoning Province is located in Jinzhou, an important industrial town in the west of Liaoning Province, on the East Bank of Daling River in Linghai, with fertile land, forest network and simple folk customs. Jincheng original seed farm was established in 1952, under the Rural Economic Committee of Liaoning Province. It is a large-scale, comprehensive state-owned agricultural enterprise integrating seed breeding, propagation and marketing. It is mainly responsible for the production and breeding of the original crop varieties in the whole province. In 1997, it was named national corn seed farm by the Ministry of agriculture.

Historical evolution

Jincheng original seed farm takes the production and operation of corn seeds and vegetable seeds as the leader, with complete seed processing, packaging and testing equipment and strong technical force. It is the national designated corn seed production base, vegetable seed base of China seed company, and the production, learning and research base of colleges and universities and scientific research institutes.
Over the years, Jincheng original seed farm has always adhered to the road of industrial development, taking quality as life and reputation as survival, facing the market, and constantly consolidating and expanding the production scale. The Jinyuan series of corn and vegetable seed products sold to 13 provinces, autonomous regions and cities in China, and were once exported to more than 10 countries and regions such as the United States and Japan. In order to promote the leapfrog development of Liaoning seed industry has made an important contribution.
With the expansion of market demand, Jincheng original seed farm actively adjusts the industrial structure, vigorously cultivates new industries such as flowers and trees, and injects new vitality into the multi field and compound development of the whole economy. It has become an important production base of bulb flowers in China.

Development goals

In 2006, we further established a new development plan with ecological home construction as the content and "project driven, industrial upgrading" as the overall development goal. Strive to further condense the market value of Jinyuan brand and build a high-tech demonstration park of seed industry in Liaoning Province by 2010.
