Tuanpo new town

Located in the east of Jinghai, Tianjin.

In the 1970s, Guo Xiaochuan's "autumn of tuanpowa" let the world know tuanpowa, tuanpowa lake and its beauty and magic. At present, Tuanbo new town, which is under construction and has been listed in the 11th Five Year Plan of Tianjin approved by the State Council, is located on this promising land. It is located in the east of Jinghai, 14 kilometers away from the center of Tianjin. The new town covers a total area of 210 square kilometers and is divided into four parts. Among them, tuanpo lake is 51.35 square kilometers, the eastern area around the lake is 62.50 square kilometers, the western area around the lake is 47.81 square kilometers, and the Hunan area is 36.99 square kilometers. Tuanbo lake, a Tuanbo scenic spot in the central area of the new town, has been listed in the "China wetland nature reserve list" and designated as Tianjin wetland and Bird Nature Reserve. The lake covers an area of 6666.7 hectares, with a water storage capacity of 180 million cubic meters, which is the total area of 12 West Lakes in Hangzhou. The lake area is characterized by rugged water, lush grass, abundant gulls and beautiful scales. It is known as the "Pearl of North China". It is rich in geothermal resources, with hot water reserves of 8.4 billion cubic meters, 900 meters from the surface, water temperature of 82 ℃, and 24 kinds of trace elements beneficial to human body. More than 60 kinds of rare birds such as Swan, mandarin duck, egret, red snipe and willow warbler live and breed here. They are rich in more than 10 kinds of aquatic products, such as carp, silver carp, bighead carp, grass carp, snakehead, yellow catfish, green shrimp and Chinese mitten crab.

Tianjin TEDA football training base, Songjiang golf course with 42 holes covering an area of 3470 mu, motorcycle comprehensive test field built by Tianjin Motorcycle Technology Center, Renai College of Tianjin University, Yaoshun Resort and yacht wharf, Tianjin Sports Vocational College, Tianjin sports college, Tianjin sports school, Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine and other key projects have been completed and put into operation. A number of large projects, such as Tuanbo courtyard, Tuanbo new home, Tuanbo Lake Sports Hall, tourist scenic street, Lake dike viewing belt, Renai campus of Nankai Xiangyu school, Tianjin Medical University, are under planning and construction. The new city highlights "water and ecology". It is a water tourism city in northern China with the characteristics of leisure, tourism and ecology, dense green, heavy water and environmental protection. It integrates the functions of leisure and vacation, sports, entertainment and fitness, commercial and residential meetings, education and training, and scientific and technological research and development. Population growth will reach 80000 in the 11th Five Year Plan and 600000 after 2050.

As an important part of Tianjin Tuanbo new town and Tuanbowa Lake Economic Circle, the project has been listed as one of the key projects of cultural development and prosperity in Tianjin.
