Huangtukan farm is located on the East Bank of Dayang River Estuary on the North Bank of Yellow Sea in Donggang City, Liaoning Province. With a total area of 15.8 square kilometers and a total population of 629 people (in 2010), it was invested and built by the state in 1978 and completed in February 1979.
