Jiubing Town, subordinate to Fushun County, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southeast of Fushun County, adjacent to Shangma Township and hou'an town in the East, Qinghe town of Benxi Manchu Autonomous County in Benxi City in the south, Xintun street in Dongzhou District in the north, Qianjin Township, Shiwen town and Xiahe Township in Xinfu District in the West. It covers an area of 265.5 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in the rescue town was 19641.
In 1929, the rescue area belonged to the Sixth District. In 1940, it was the Fifth District of Fushun County. In 1958, the rescue area belonged to Hongwei and Hongqi communes. In 1998, Xiaodong township was merged into Jiubing township. In 2013, the township was replaced by township. As of June 2020, the town has jurisdiction over 14 administrative villages, and the people's Government of the town is stationed in the village.
In 2018, there were 165 industrial enterprises in Jiubing Town, including 6 Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size and 43 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
