Haiqingdao street, subordinate to Jinzhou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is located in the south of Jinzhou District, adjacent to Dayaowan Port in the East, Dagushan street in the south, Dalian Free Trade Zone and maqiaozi street in the west, and Wanli street in the north. The maximum distance between East and West is 7.6 km, and the maximum distance between North and south is 9.7 km, with a total area of 21.7 square kilometers.

During the period of Japanese occupation, it belonged to Dagushan society under the control of Jinzhou. At the end of 1945, it belonged to Gushan district. In 1950, it belonged to the second district. In 1955, the second district was renamed Gushan district. In 1956, the township of Dagushan was removed. In 1958, it was renamed haiqingdao brigade, belonging to Dagushan commune. In 1983, it was changed to Qingdao village. In June 1990, Qingdao street was set up. At the end of 2011, the total population of haiqingdao sub district was 62000, including 61900 permanent urban residents, with an urbanization rate of 99.8%. As of June 2020, haiqingdao street has jurisdiction over 10 communities, and its sub district office is located at 266 Huanghai West Road.
