Harinor Sumu
Harinursumu, belonging to Keerqin Right Wing Middle Banner of Xing'an League of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of Keerqin Right Wing Middle Banner. It is connected with barenzhelimu town in the East, arikunduleng Sumu of Zhalute banner of Tongliao City in the south, Huolinguole of Tongliao City in the west, and hureyetunola Sumu of East Wuzhumuqin banner of Xilinguole League in the north. The area of harnon's Sam Mu area is 1185.82 square kilometers, and by the end of 2018, the registered residence population was 4123.
In 1958, harinur Sumu belonged to tulemaudu commune; in 1961, it belonged to barenzerimu commune; in 1984, it belonged to barenzerimu Sumu; in 1987, it was established; in 2006, it belonged to barenzerimu town; in April 2011, it was established. As of June 2020, harenorsumu has 8 Gacha and 1 living area.
In 2017, there were 14 enterprises with 660 employees, including 12 industrial enterprises and 1 large-scale enterprise; in 2018, there were 5 industrial enterprises with 1 large-scale enterprise and 13 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
In 1958, it belonged to toledou commune.
In 1961, it was transferred to barenzherimu commune.
In 1984, it belongs to parenzerimu.
In 1987, it was founded in harinursumu.
In 2006, harenorsum was assigned to the town of barenzherimu.
In April 2011, it was set up in nursumu, Hari.
administrative division
At the end of 2011, harynor Sumu governed eight Gacha villagers' committees, namely, huhechulu, bryat, debuter, tushyetu, jirigledai, baiyingou, hailison and utaqi.
As of June 2020, there are 8 Gacha and 1 living area under the jurisdiction of harinor Sumu, and the Sumu people's government is stationed in the mechanized fire station of harinor Sumu.

Harinur Sumu is located in the northwest of Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner. It is connected with barenzhelimu town in the East, arikunduling Sumu in Zhalute banner of Tongliao City in the south, Huolinguole city of Tongliao City in the West and hureyetunola Sumu in dongwuzhumuqin banner of Xilinguole League in the north. The maximum distance between the East and the west is 60.6 km, the maximum distance between the north and the south is 51 km, and the regional area is 1185.82 square kilometers.
topographic features
Harinursumu is located at the south foot of Daxing'an Mountains, high in the northwest and low in the southeast, with an average altitude of 812 meters.
climate
The climate characteristics of harinursumu are drought in spring, slow temperature rise; cool in summer, less rain; cool in autumn, cold in winter. The annual average accumulated temperature is 1800-2000 ℃, the frost free period is 80-90 days, and the annual average precipitation is 373.9 mm.
hydrology
Huolin River, the main river in harinor Sumu, flows through four Gacha areas, including Jingtu shiyetu, harinor mechanized fire station, hailinsen and utaqi.
natural disaster
The main natural disasters in harynor Sumu are drought, flood, snow and so on. Drought is mainly concentrated in spring, when the river flow is small and the farmers are exhausted. The most serious flood disaster occurred in 1998. Five Gacha were hit by the disaster, more than 100 houses collapsed, 30000 farmland were affected, and more than 200 large and small livestock died. In the winter of 2000, more than 400 large and small livestock died.

There are coal, lead, iron, kaolinite, pyrophyllite, black pyroxene and so on. Other natural resources include mountain forest, wild Chinese herbal medicine, high-quality forage and so on.

The origin of place names
"Harinor" in harinor Sumu is Mongolian, which means "black face". It is named after the black face of the local rock peak.
