Tianjin e-commerce Industrial Park (Beijing Tianjin e-commerce Industrial Park) is a municipal key demonstration park approved by Tianjin Municipal People's Government in August 2009 to enjoy all the preferential policies of the National Development Zone. Located in the northeast of Wuqing District, Tianjin, it is an important node between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Led by e-commerce and cultural creativity, the Industrial Park focuses on building industrial clusters including warehousing and logistics, cloud computing service center, third-party payment platform, creative R & D, processing and manufacturing, service outsourcing and bonded warehouse. Tianjin e-commerce Industrial Park is a municipal key demonstration park approved by Tianjin Municipal People's Government in August 2009. In December 2014, Tianjin e-commerce Industrial Park was approved by the torch high tech Industrial Development Center of the Ministry of science and technology of the people's Republic of China, and became one of the second batch of national torch characteristic industrial bases. On June 3, 2015, Tianjin e-commerce Industrial Park was recognized by the Ministry of Commerce and approved as one of the second batch of "national e-commerce demonstration bases".

Development orientation

The development industry of the park is oriented to e-commerce and cultural creativity, and to build an industrial cluster including warehousing and logistics, cloud computing service platform, third-party e-commerce trading platform, bonded warehouse and product processing and manufacturing. The total planning area of the park is 52.11 square kilometers, and the planning area of the first phase is 9.87 square kilometers.

The first phase of the park is planned to be divided into three functional zones: e-commerce zone, comprehensive industrial zone and business supporting zone.

The scientific research office area is planned to have administrative management, business, finance, insurance and R & D bases; the supporting living area integrates residence, life, education and entertainment, and has high-tech apartments, leisure and entertainment, business center and other community supporting facilities.
