Ganzhaomiao town is located in the west of Linhe District, Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is adjacent to Linhe City in the East, Shuanghe town in the south, Dikou county and Hangjinhou banner in the west, and bainaobao town in the north. It covers an area of 313.4 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of thousand temple town was 51825.

In 1958, the iron and steel commune was established. In 1997, ganzhaomiao town was established. In February 2006, huangyangmu town and wulannaoer Township were merged into ganzhaomiao town. As of June 2020, qianzhaomiao town has jurisdiction over 27 administrative villages.

In 2018, there were 21 industrial enterprises in qianzhaomiao Town, including 2 Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size and 81 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Qianzhaomiao town is located in the west of Linhe District, adjacent to Linhe City in the East, Shuanghe town in the south, Dikou county and Hangjinhouqi in the west, and bainaobao town in the north. It covers an area of 313.4 square kilometers.

Qianzhaomiao town is located in the hinterland of Hetao Plain with gentle terrain. The highest point in the town is 1045 meters above sea level, and the lowest point is 1029 meters above sea level.

Qianzhaomiao town belongs to temperate continental monsoon climate, which is characterized by less wind and heavy rain, dry climate, large evaporation, short frost free period, long sunshine time and large temperature difference between day and night. The annual average temperature is 8.1 ℃, the average temperature in January is - 11 ℃ ~ - 15 ℃, and the average temperature in July is 20 ℃ ~ 24 ℃. The average annual temperature range is 33.4 ~ 37.3 ℃. The annual average frost free period is 137 days. The annual average sunshine hours are 3110 ~ 3300 hours. The annual average precipitation is 150-200 mm. Rainfall is concentrated in July to August every year, and August is the most.

The rivers in qianzhaomiao town belong to the Yellow River Basin. The main rivers are Huangji canal, Heji canal and Qinghui canal, with an irrigation area of 290000 mu.

The main economic crops are sunflower, tomato, dehydrated vegetables and so on. Animal husbandry focuses on raising pigs, sheep, cattle and poultry, with 12000 live pigs and 4000 at the end of the year; 310000 sheep and 143000 at the end of the year; 4100 cattle and 3800 at the end of the year; and 280000 poultry. Famous and special agricultural products include apple pear, melon, etc.; green agricultural products include dehydrated vegetables. The per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen is 9450 yuan.
