"Baiyintala" is Mongolian, which means "rich Dian Zi". It has 8 branches and 11 natural villages with a total area of 120 square kilometers, including 75000 mu of arable land. In 2010, there were 1998 households with a total population of 6606, including 5242 Mongolian.

Baiyintala farm is located in the southeast of KeZuoZhong banner, 90 kilometers away from Baokang, the seat of the people's government. The farm borders Shuangliao City in Jilin Province in the East, Menda town in the west, emolesumu, kezuohou banner in the South and Bayantala town in the north. The geographical coordinates are 43 ° 34 ′ - 43 ° 40 ′ n, 123 ° 07 ′ - 123 ° 24 ′ e, and the altitude is 137-145 M. The general site is located in the west of the site, 512 km away from national highway g303. Before the construction of the site, it was a swamp wasteland formed by the impact and deposition of the Xiliao River for many times, with flat terrain, crisscross rivers and lush water and grass.

Historical evolution

In March 1954, the government of the autonomous region inspected and demonstrated this area three times. In May of that year, the establishment of the farm was officially approved. At that time, it was called "Bayantala mechanized farm of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region", which was directly under the central government of the autonomous region. In March 1957, the government of the autonomous region transferred the farm to Zhelimu League for management, and changed its name to "Zhelimu League state owned bayintala farm". In October 1958, the people's commune was implemented, and the farm was merged into the rocket people's commune of KeZuoZhong banner, named the farm management area. In the spring of 1959, the higher authorities instructed the farm to resume its independent operation, and at the same time, it was divided into five agricultural societies: Hongxing society, democratic society, Heping society, Shuangxing society and Fuxing society, namely, shaohaitu village, liufenchang, qifenchang and bafenchang with two and five branches, with a total area of 80.7 square kilometers and water surface area of 0.9 square kilometers, belonging to the leadership of KeZuoZhong banner. Since 1965, the territory of the farm has remained unchanged, but the business is under the leadership of the agricultural and Ranch Management Bureau of the league, which has become a two-tier leadership system. In 1978, it was directly under the leadership of Zhemeng Agricultural Management Bureau, and the farm was renamed as "Zhemeng state owned baiyintala farm". With the development of the times, "state-owned" has been replaced by "state-owned" since 1999. In 2002, Tongliao City reformed the system of farming and ranching, implemented territorial management, and the farm was under the leadership of KeZuoZhong banner, named "baiyintala farm of KeZuoZhong banner".

economic development

In 2012, the main goals and tasks for the economic and social development of the whole field are: the total economic output will reach 110 million yuan, the per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen will reach 7900 yuan, 20000 mu of high-efficiency water-saving and high-yield grain fields will be added, and the total grain output will reach 100 million jin. There are 3500 cattle in stock, 1 new scale farm; 1 new rural construction and straw cattle raising demonstration village; the contraction and transfer strategy is implemented, 50000 mu of land is managed on both sides of national and provincial trunk roads, 4000 mu of ecological afforestation; labor export task is 1679 person times, 1093 people, labor export income is 22.07 million yuan; 100 households and 420 population are supported to get rid of poverty, and 100 farmers are supported 120 households are required to rebuild their houses, and the water supply project in the field area is completed according to the people's livelihood index. The characteristic planting and breeding project has completed the ecological management task of 500 mu of fish farming in paddy field, 16 large cattle farmers and 1000 meters on both sides of the highway; the poverty alleviation and development project is combined with the whole village promotion project of new rural areas, and concentrated efforts on the implementation.

Nature tourism

The west part of baiyintala farm is the Xiliao River impact plain, which belongs to the impact soil grassland, chestnut soil is fertile; the east part is the plateau plain grassland, which belongs to the aeolian sand dune, undulating. On the north side is the main road of the Xiliao River, where hada River and Qinghe River flow through and flow into the Xiliao River. Natural lakes include Lotus Lake, shepherd bubble, Baifen bubble and Shaohai spit bubble. the farm's historical sites and scenic spots include: Hehua Lake tourist area, eryefu site, thousand year old elm, Liao Dynasty ancient tombs, Hongshan cultural heritage protection area, qifenchang ancient Yulin and wufenchang Maple slope landscape, etc.
