Baima town is located in the eastern edge of Shizhong District, Leshan City, Sichuan Province. It borders Tongjia in the north and Qingping in the south. The lejing highway passes through its streets, and the East and West are closely connected with Sanjiao (belonging to Jingyan county) and Shilong. It covers an area of 31.29 square kilometers, with 15518 mu of cultivated land. It governs 10 administrative villages, 82 economic and social organizations and a residents committee. Industrial economy

Baima town is located in hilly area with mild climate and four distinct seasons, which is very suitable for crop growth. The main food crops in the town are rice, wheat, corn, sweet potato and rapeseed; the main economic crops are sericulture, citrus, loquat and other fruits. Sericulture has a large scale of development, with an annual seed production of 8000. It is one of the Wandan cocoon bases in Shizhong District.
