Shuangquan Town, subordinate to Longxi County, Dingxi City, Gansu Province, is located in the north of Longxi County. It is connected with kezhai and Dexing Township in the East, Shouyang town across the river in the south, Luyuan town in Weiyuan County in the west, and Beizhai town in Weiyuan County in the north, with an administrative area of 73.23 square kilometers.

History of construction

In May 1950, Wangyue Township and Zhongyi Township were established.

In March 1953, Shuangquan, Wangyue and Zhongyi were established.

In October 1955, the three townships were merged into two townships, Shuangquan and Zhongyi.

In March 1956, the two townships were merged into Zhongyi township.

In September 1958, it belonged to Shouyang commune, which was Shuangquan and Zhongyi management area.

In April 1961, Shuangquan commune was established.

In July 1983, Shuangquan township was changed.
