Tuanjie community exists in many places, including one of the earliest living areas in Pangang, the 19th smelter of Tuanjie community, zaoziping street, Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province. It covers an area of 2.5 square kilometers and is located in the mountainside of the peak. It is located in a remote location. There are 19 enterprises and institutions, 27 private enterprises, 102 individual businesses, 152 family buildings and 668 residential buildings There are 6 households, with a total of 21360 people, and more than 2000 floating population. The office building of the neighborhood committee of the community is located next to the technical school of the 19th smelter (at the end of Wanli Bridge in zaoziping), covering an area of 480 square meters. It handles all kinds of related affairs for residents.

The neighborhood committee of the community has 7 staff members, and the system of secretary and director is implemented. The community office is located at the side of Wanli Bridge in zaoziping. The office hall covers an area of more than 100 square meters, with Secretary and director's office, police room and conference room. Daily external handling of minimum living security assistance, special care relief, family planning, labor security, public security and other work. there are 14 indoor and outdoor activity rooms and small squares in the community.
