Xinxing community is under the jurisdiction of Mashang Town, Zhangdian District, Zibo City, Shandong Province.

Xinxing community is located in the west of Century Road, south of Zhangzhou road and north of Taiping Road. The population is 1134. Residential housing covers an area of 300 mu. There are fruit wholesale, electrical manufacturing, mechanical processing, automobile repair, construction, real estate development, aluminum processing and other enterprises in the community. The development of the old village started on January 9, 2002, with a total of 193 relocated households, covering an area of 52846 square meters. Now 43846 square meters have been completed.
