Cultural community is a community under the jurisdiction of Xianfeng road street, Xigu District, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province. It is located in the west of Fuli East Road, Xigu District, to the east of Wuyi market, to the west of Gongyuan North Road, to the south of Fuli East Road, to the north of Lanxin railway, with an area of 0.18 square kilometers. The community has two residential districts, 29 buildings and five bungalows, including 18 cultural districts and 11 Chenguang districts. There are 1619 permanent residents, 4288 people and 215 floating population in the community. There are three enterprises in the jurisdiction. 90 commercial convenience service outlets. The community was established in October 2001, and changed its name from "LANLIAN No.8 block community" to "cultural community" in January 2011. There are four branches under the general Party branch of cultural community, with a total of 168 party members. The cultural community won the title of "advanced Party branch of community organization construction in the whole district", "safe community", "red flag League branch of the May 4th Movement" and "advanced unit of labor and social security work in the whole district in 2007".
