Hongxing community is subordinate to Tianmenshan street, Jinghu District, located on the Bank of the Yangtze River, adjacent to the Yangtze River in the West and Wuhu Petrochemical Company in the north, with a permanent population of 12073 and a total of 4420 households. The community consists of meat factory dormitory, ferry new village, heavy machine tool factory dormitory, printing and dyeing dormitory, silk dormitory, Zhong'an Garden community, Futong Garden community, hongqiyuan community, Chunjiang Garden community and Binjiang villa community, covering an area of 1.525 square kilometers.

The office space of the community neighborhood committee covers an area of 300 square meters. At present, the community has a service center for Party members and three activity spots.
