Heping community is located in the northwest and southwest of Shiling street, Longquanyi District, Chengdu City, with an area of 3.2 square kilometers ranging from chengluo Avenue in the south, the Third Ring Road in the West and Huachuan road in the East. General situation

There are Nongping Road, Heping Road, chengluo Avenue, Donghong Road, Linglong Road, Youyi Road, Third Ring Road, Chengnan Expressway and other main roads in the area. Large and medium-sized enterprises include Shiling bus station, Shiling central bus station, Shiling pet flower and bird market, public welfare, culture and education, health service facilities include Shiling second primary school, Heping community health station, Shiling public hospital, Heping community police room, and "Ping'an homeland" and "modern new residence" in farmers' concentrated residential area.
