Chaoyang community, founded in July 2001, is located in Chaoyang business district. It extends to Youai South Road in the East, Yanxi road in the south, Chaoyang Road in the West and Zhonghua Road in the north, covering an area of 1.17 square kilometers. The community has 2563 residents and 6042 permanent residents. It is a comprehensive community composed of 14 units including the district post and telecommunications equipment company, the municipal vocational education center and Chaoyang primary school.

Chaoyang community has 144 party members, including 6 in-service party members, 121 retired party members and 17 mobile party members. The community has a party committee with three branches.
