Xingnong Town, subordinate to Baiquan County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the north of Baiquan County, adjacent to Qianfeng town of Kedong County in the East, Xinghua Township in the south, Dazhong Township in the West and Shuanghe township of Keshan County in the north. It is 25 kilometers away from the county, with a total administrative area of 307 square kilometers.

In 1906, it was under the jurisdiction of Baiquan County. In November 2004, Jianguo township was incorporated. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Xing Nong town was 43623. In 2019, Xingnong town governs 16 administrative villages.

The main crops of Xingnong town are wheat, corn, soybean, sunflower, flax, etc., which is one of the main flax producing areas in Baiquan County. History of construction

In 1906, it was under the jurisdiction of Baiquan County. In 1910 (the second year of Xuantong reign of the Qing Dynasty), Cao Zhendong "opened up wasteland and occupied grass" beside a large ditch in a wasteland. All the horses he raised had scabies, so it was named "mangmagou".

In 1948, it was the Tenth District of Baiquan County.

In 1954, it was renamed Xingnong district.
