Yonghe, according to legend, the original market was set up in Si Village, Yujiazhuang, Fancun and other places. Because the market was remote in other places, the local people merged the market into Yonghe during the liberation.

Yonghe township is located in the southwest of Zhengning County, 40 kilometers away from the county, and borders Xunyi County, Shaanxi Province. Fanghe village of Yonghe township is located in the southeast of Luochuan city and along the river road of Silang river. The natural conditions are poor and the economic foundation is weak. Farmers' income mainly depends on growing grain. High income agricultural industries such as breeding, forestry and fruit industry are in the initial stage of development and have not yet formed a climate. After entering the village, the working group of the Municipal Association for science and technology formulated the "three ones" assistance measures after investigation. That is to train a scientific and technological "understanding person" for each household, guide each household to raise a cattle, and mobilize each household to have a labor force to go out to work. In addition, it raised 3600 yuan to purchase 40 sets of desks and benches, set up a science and technology training room for the village, and distributed more than 500 science and technology books such as livestock and poultry breeding, flue-cured tobacco cultivation, and green and high-quality apple cultivation guide to farmers. Recently, Niu Liping, deputy director and engineer of Zhengning County Forestry Bureau, was invited to hold a "fruit tree cultivation training class" in the village, training more than 40 farmers, and providing on-site guidance on autumn management, whitewashing, pest control of fruit trees. Up to now, more than 2000 mu of fruit trees have been planted in the village, 210 cattle farmers have been developed, more than 300 cattle have been raised, and 400 laborers have been organized to go out to work.
