Ningyuan town

Ningyuan town is located in the hinterland of Liaodong Peninsula, in the southwest of Anshan City, one kilometer away from the city center. With an area of 52 square kilometers, 15 administrative villages and a population of 40000, the town is the junction of urban and rural areas. East of the city and Angang, flat terrain, fertile soil, wide area, rich in water resources. Anshan airport is located in the area under the jurisdiction of Shenyang Dalian Expressway, 50 kilometers away from Bayuquan port. Among the many townships in Northeast China, it is a town with transportation advantages such as highway, railway and air transportation. It has a unique position and transportation advantages. Characteristic industry

Before 2000, in Ertaizi village, fengshengbao village, Xinbao village and other places of Ningyuan Town, there were scattered farmers engaged in flower planting, but the production scale and yield were not good, and the flower products were updated slowly. Ningyuan town takes the development of flower and seedling industry as the key to adjust the agricultural industrial structure and develop the characteristic economic industry, focusing on solving the problems of infrastructure, land, information, technology and so on. In 2002, Ningyuan town raised 45 million yuan to start the flower base project covering an area of 1000 mu in Xinbao village. Now 660 Mu has been developed and 300 greenhouses and 150 greenhouses have been built. Construction of 3000 square meters of black road, with perfect power supply, water supply, underground pipe network, deep wells, greening and other supporting facilities. The flower base timely provides market information to farmers through various channels, actively cooperates with the Agricultural Science Institute, constantly introduces high-end hot flower varieties, and guides local farmers to jointly develop marketable flowers. In zhangzhongbao village, Jindi flower base, covering an area of 20 mu, is divided into several major planting areas, such as herbaceous flowers, woody flowers and various ornamental flowers. The flower base is constantly developing new varieties and promoting new technologies to improve the scientific and technological content of flower products and enhance the competitiveness and economic benefits of enterprises. The flower base has driven more than 30 farmers nearby to plant flowers, with a business area of two or three mu at least and dozens of Mu at most, forming a certain scale effect. The annual output value of flower production reaches 120 million yuan. In 2007, Ningyuan town made great efforts to develop the network information project. With the subsidy of Anshan Municipal Agricultural Committee and Anshan Municipal Finance Bureau, it subsidized 57 households in Xinbao village and nandihao village with 1500 yuan each to buy computers. Using the Internet, many flower farmers can sell their products to other places by sitting at home.

Flower planting

Nowadays, one third of the villages in Ningyuan town have carried out flower planting, with more than 1500 employees and a business area of more than 2000 mu. A series of products such as ornamental seedlings, potted flowers, bonsai, fresh cut flowers and lawns have been initially formed, and the products are sold to Changchun, Shenyang, Dalian and other cities. The vigorous development of flower industry has also led to the development of automobile transportation and other related industries, effectively solving the employment problem of rural surplus labor force.

history

In 623, the government of Changxi county was transferred to lianjiang and renamed Lianjiang county. Ningyuan town was set up as the original administrative office (now the ancient village of Xiapu County in Fujian Province). The town will be stationed in Ningyuan town and manage civil affairs. In the second year of Chang'an (702), Changxi county was restored and Ningyuan town was changed into Chian town.
