Wanggang town
Wang Gang Town, a Nangang District of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southwest of Nangang district. It borders on Xiangfang and qilung District in the East and south, and adjacent to Hongqi Manchu Township in the south. It borders the new town and the Yushu Township in the West and North. In 2018, the area was 57.01 square kilometers, and the registered residence population was 227046.
It is said that a family of Wang surnamed from Shenyang built the house at the highest position, so it was named Wanggang of Shen family, which was later renamed Wanggang.
