Yanjiang street is located in the southeast of Qilin District. It is a part of Qujing Bazi. There are Nanpan River, Xiaoxiang River and Baishi River in it. It has rich water conservancy conditions and was once rated as "Qilin water town". It is a high food producing area with delicious food and beautiful pastoral scenery.

Yanjiang street is located in the southeast of Qujing City. The street office is located in Pingjiang road. There are Nanpan River, Xiaoxiang River, Baishi River, Zhonghe River and Donghe River in the area. The water conservancy conditions are superior. The whole street covers an area of 64 square kilometers. the total population of the streets was 42886, an increase of 437 over the previous year. In the total population, there are 21446 males, accounting for 50.1%, and 21440 females, accounting for 49.9%; there are 547 births, 264 deaths, 441 immigrants and 287 immigrants in the whole year, with a natural population growth rate of 6.63 ‰; there are 324 ethnic minorities in the street, belonging to 11 nationalities, accounting for 0.7% of the total population; among the minority nationalities, there are 222 Yi people, accounting for 0.50% of the total population. on January 1, 2014, Qilin Vocational Education Center was established as a sub district office.
