Fujiang Township, belonging to Bayan County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeast of Bayan County, adjacent to bayangzhen in the East, Bin County across the Songhua River in the south, Songhuajiang Township in the West and Bayan town in the north. In 2018, the area was 126.20 square kilometers, and the registered residence was 20077.
In 1946, xiakan village was set up, belonging to the affluent area. In 1954, it belonged to Songjiang township. In 1981, it was renamed Fujiang commune. In 1984, the commune was transformed into a township.
By the end of 2019, Fujiang rural area has jurisdiction over four administrative villages: Zhenfa village, Xinhe village, Wuyue village and Qiancheng village.
