Xihe town

Xihe town is under the jurisdiction of Huai'an district. Located in the southeast of the District, 25 kilometers away from the city. It is adjacent to cheqiao town and Shihe town in the East, Madian town and Shanghe town in the west, Pingqiao town in the South and Zhuqiao town in the north. Qianyi township was established in 1957, changed to commune in 1958, changed to Sanguan commune in 1964, changed to Xihe commune in 1965, changed to township in 1983, and established a town in 1988. Geography

The town has a long history and profound cultural heritage. The legend of "Sanguan hall" in the classic journey to the west takes place here.
