It is adjacent to yebaishou street in the East, Tienan street in the south, Fushan street in the West and Wanshou street in the north. In August 2004, the original yebaishou town was abolished and three streets were set up. Hongshan street is one of them. As of June 2020, Hongshan street has jurisdiction over 10 communities and 10 administrative villages.
