Fengtian township is under the jurisdiction of Qing'an County, Heilongjiang Province. Located in the northeast of the county, the northeast is adjacent to Yichun City, and the southeast and South are bounded by yijimi River and Hulan River respectively, facing Tieli city. historical background

At the end of Qing Dynasty, Yuqing county was set up in 1905 (the 31st year of Guangxu of Qing Dynasty), which was under the jurisdiction of wudaogang police station. After the founding of the Republic of China, Yuqing county changed its name to Qingcheng County in 1914, which was under the jurisdiction of the three districts. In 1931, it was under the jurisdiction of the North District. After the fall of Northeast China, they were successively attached to qidaogangbao and sandaogongbao. In January 1939, Yanpao village was changed to Huayang village in 1941. In July 1943, it was under the jurisdiction of Huayang village, Qing'an County. After the victory of the "93" Anti Japanese war in 1945, it was subordinate to yangshulin District in November of the same year, changed to the seventh district at the end of 1946, Yongfeng District in December 1948, and the seventh district in October 1949.
