Xinglong farm is located in the west of Donggang City, on the North Bank of the Yellow Sea, 51 kilometers away from the city center. Xinglong branch of Wusi farm was set up in 1974, and Xinglong Township was established in 1987. In 1997, with an area of 12 square kilometers and a population of 10000, it has jurisdiction over two village committees, namely yilonghe and Erdaogou. It is the smallest and most populous Township in Dandong. In April 2002, Donggang municipal government issued document No. 16, which abolished the system of Xinglong Township, and divided yilonghe village and Erdaogou Village (with an area of 12 square kilometers) into Yiquan town; Xinglong farm implemented the separation of government and enterprise, and retained its agricultural enterprise management system; the farm covered an area of 12 square kilometers, with 770 residents (2010).

It was founded in 1968 and formerly was the seat of a company of the Construction Corps of the Chinese people's Liberation Army. In 1980, it merged with Donggou County fruit farm and established Donggou County Xinglong farm. The main resources of Xinglong farm are: 3700 Mu paddy field, 3500 Mu Bay culture area and 7400 Mu beach area. The main products are rice, jellyfish, sea cucumber, Sinonovacula constricta, shrimp, Meretrix meretrix, variegated clam and Scapharca subcrenata. Xinglong farm is located in the northern part of the Yellow Sea, which belongs to the continental monsoon climate in the temperate humid area. Affected by the Yellow Sea, it has the characteristics of marine climate. There is no severe cold in winter and no severe summer in summer. The four seasons are distinct and the rain is hot in the same season. The South and zhangdao Xianglu is only 4270 meters, which is the closest point between the land and zhangdao, and the only land starting point for walking to zhangdao. The coastal water quality is fertile, the shallow beach has different levels of sand, which is suitable for the reproduction and growth of a variety of shellfish. It has the natural advantage of developing aquaculture, and is a geomantic treasure land for investment in aquaculture.
