Old street name. See Heping Street and Guangming Street for details. The former Xinmin sub district office is located in Wanghua District, Fushun City, Liaoning Province.
Evolution of organizational system
In 2019, Xinmin Street will be abolished and its administrative areas of Xihua community and Changsheng community will be put under the jurisdiction of Heping Street; its administrative areas of Fengcheng community, Tai'an community, Youyan community, Paradise community, lighthouse community and rose city will be put under the jurisdiction of Guangming Street.
