Taiping Street is located in the south of Benzhou District, Chongzuo City, in the subtropical zone.

Taiping Street is located in the southern part of Jiangzhou District, Chongzuo city. It is located in the subtropical zone, with an average annual temperature of about 22 degrees. It is a hilly area, inhabited by nine ethnic minorities, including Zhuang, Hui, Miao and Dong. It is the seat of Chongzuo municipal Party committee, municipal government and Jiangzhou District. The town covers an area of 722 square kilometers, with 77400.5 mu of arable land, including 7399 mu of paddy field. The total population is 75000, including 35854 agricultural population and 38628 non-agricultural population. It now has 13 village committees, 6 community neighborhood committees, 124 villagers' groups and 34 residents' groups. In agriculture, sugarcane, corn and rice are mainly planted, followed by yellow and black beans, peanuts, cassava and sweet potato. Local specialties include BUZHAI stele, stone trough, stone mill, etc.
