Xingfu Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Aihui District, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the east of Aihui District, adjacent to Heilongjiang Province in the East, sijiazi Township and Jinhe farm in the South and West, and shangmachang Township in the north. The administrative area is 192.19 square kilometers.

History of construction

In the Qing Dynasty, there were Daur villages (kokolietun).

In 1898, it belonged to chuohuotun (changfatun), gongbilatun (xiaergongtun) and huoweitun (Henan Tun).

In Xuantong period of Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Heihe Prefecture.

In 1914, it belonged to the third district of Huihui county.

In 1931, it belonged to sijiazibao and later to xisijiazicun.

In 1945, it belonged to Sijiazi district.

In 1951, it belongs to the second district.

In April 1956, it belonged to sijiazi and shangergong.

In September 1958, the rocket commune was set up in changfatun, Henan, shangergong and Heihe.

In 1960, it was renamed happy commune.

In December 1980, it was transferred to Heihe city.

In May 1984, the commune was transformed into a township

By the end of 2011, happy countryside had jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages: Zhilu, xiaoheihe, Gaodi yingzi, shangergong, xiaergong, xinshengli, happy, Hongxing, Henan Tun and Changfa.

As of October 2019, happy countryside has jurisdiction over one community and 10 administrative villages: hongqiqiao living area, Zhilu village, happy village, Henan Tun Village, Gaodi yingzi village, shangergong village, xiaergong village, Changfa village, xiaoheihe village, xinshengsheng village and Hongxing Village.
