Historical evolution

It was established in 1983. In 1997, with an area of 18.2 square kilometers and a population of 24000, it has jurisdiction over 10 neighborhood committees, including power plant, Dongdian No.3 company, railway station, zangxi and Xiaoxing. In 2002, the office was located at 88 Xingdian street, with a population of 13300 and an area of 18.17 square kilometers. Economic and social development

Xinglong Street of Taihe District is located in the junction of urban and rural areas. It governs four administrative villages of zangxi, Dashi, Xiaoxing and Xinglong, and three community residents committees of Xingdian, zangxi and Xiaoxing, covering an area of 18.2 square kilometers. There are 10 self-employed and private enterprises, including Jinzhou Donggang Electric Power Co., Ltd. and other large and medium-sized enterprises, with a permanent resident population of 10377 (2010), distributed in 12 Party branches.
