Shengli Town, which belongs to Chaoyang County, Chaoyang County, is located in the southwest of Chaoyang County. Historical evolution
From the early Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, it was under the jurisdiction of Tumet right wing banner.
In December 1934, the Japanese puppet government divided the northeast into 14 provinces, and Chaoyang County of Rehe province was assigned to the newly built Jinzhou province.
In the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), Chaoyang County was changed to tumed Right Banner, and the territory belonged to tumed Right Banner.
On September 10, 1945, it belongs to mucochengzi District, Chaoyang County.
