Shengli township has a population of 19300, an area of 73.6 square kilometers and 11 village committees.

Shengli township is located in the suburb of Kangping town. National Highway 203 runs through the whole territory from north to south, and zhangkai highway runs through east to west. The township government is stationed in Shengli Village: Shengli, Chaoyang fort, malintun, Daolan Taohai, Bajiazi, xiuwobao, halahushuo, Wenhua, shunshantun, dongxiawazi, kongjiawobao. the township has 49000 mu of arable land, 17592 agricultural population and 4846 labor force. The total social output value of the township reached 146.25 million yuan, including 42 million yuan for the primary industry, 104.25 million yuan for the secondary and tertiary industries, and 1.5 million yuan for the village level collective economy.
