Xiaochengzi Town, belonging to Kangping County, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Kangping County. It is adjacent to Sanjiazi street in the East, erniusuokou town and Shengli Street in the south, Gonghe laisumu of Keerqin left wing rear banner in the northwest, and wobao Township in the north, with an administrative area of 162.4 square kilometers.

In 1880, Xiaochengzi town belonged to Kangping County; in 1985, the township was transformed into Xiaochengzi town. By the end of 2018, 19156 registered residence in small town.
