Jinshan Town, subordinate to Fujin city of Heilongjiang Province, is located in the west of Fujin city and the middle of Sanjiang Plain. It is connected with Chang'an Town in the East, Jianshe township of Youyi County of Shuangyashan City in the south, 291 farm in the West and shangjieji town in the north. Its total area is 631.42 square kilometers. In 2018, Jinshan Town had 39555 registered residence population.

In October 2019, Jinshan Town governs 26 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in Jinshan Village.
