Xianfeng township is Xianfeng township of Anda City, Heilongjiang Province, with a total area of 163.5 square kilometers, of which the grassland area is 209000 mu, accounting for 85% of the total area of the township.

Xianfeng township is under the jurisdiction of Anda City. The administrative areas are scattered and distributed all over the city. In 1957, it was under the jurisdiction of Anda town's eight dairy cooperatives, and in 1958, it was merged to form Xianfeng people's commune. In September 1960, the dairy farm was set up in Anda Town, named Xianfeng ranch. In January 1963, it was changed into Xianfeng animal husbandry society. In June 1976, pioneer ranch was restored. In April 1984, it was renamed Xianfeng township. Xianfeng township is famous for its vast grassland, lush grassland and fine quality of Leymus chinensis. Mechanized grass harvesting is more than 100000 mu. It is the earliest, purest and largest pasture in Anda City. It is also one of the breeding bases of pure black and white dairy cattle in northern China. At the end of 1984, there were 2100 dairy cows in stock, which once ranked the first in the number of rural dairy cows in the province. In 1992, the total output value of township enterprises was 17.55 million yuan. The township has jurisdiction over 11 villages, including Bayi, Hongxing, Hongguang, Hongsheng, Youyi, Hongyuan, Dongsheng, Erlongshan, Dongfanghong, Fuqiang and Hongwei. At the end of 1992, the total population of the township was 9294. The township government is located in nanwudao street.
