Shizui Township

Shizui Township, located in the southeast of Renshou County, is 18 kilometers away from the county seat, covering an area of 20.96 square kilometers. It is adjacent to Fujia Town, Baoma Town, Shijian town and otang town. It is a typical agricultural township. There are 5 villages and 55 economic communities in the township, with a total population of 11590 people (2017). The total land area is 15820.9 mu, and the cultivated land area is 14095.66 mu, accounting for 89% of the total land area, including 7852.96 mu of soil and 6242.66 mu of farmland. The main agricultural products are rice, corn, wheat, rape, fruits, vegetables and so on.

In December 2019, the administrative divisions of some townships in Renshou County of Meishan were adjusted. Shizui township was abolished and otang town was established. The administrative regions of the former NongWang Town, the former Shizui Township and the former otang Township were taken as the administrative regions of otang town. The people's Government of otang town was stationed at 33 central street.

Village introduction

Shizui township is 118 kilometers away from Chengdu, 117 kilometers away from Leshan, 18 kilometers away from Renshou and 62 kilometers away from Ziyang. the township covers an area of 20.96 square kilometers and belongs to shallow hilly terrain. It governs 5 villages and 55 economic communities with a total population of 11590 (2017). In recent years, under the leadership of the township leaders, we have made great efforts to attract investment, planting 1300 mu of garden nursery, 150 mu of walnut, 100 mu of jujube pepper, 1800 mu of vegetables, 1000 mu of lotus root, 3100 mu of fruits, 1320 mu of fish. We have developed 2 large professional households with an annual output of 100000 rabbits and 17 specialized households with an annual output of more than 100 pigs. All villages in Shizui township have realized the three-way project of highway, telephone and cable TV. There are 329 program-controlled telephones and 621 closed-circuit televisions in the rural areas of the township. There are two streets in the District, more than 100 individual business households, one farmers' market, five primary and secondary schools, and more than 2200 students. There is a township health center. The town facilities are basically perfect, and the people's life is rich and healthy. the rural agricultural institutions are reasonable, forming the complementary of traditional projects and advantageous projects. Among them, there are 6455 mu of high-quality rice, 2500 mu of high-quality fruit, 1792 mu of fresh vegetable base, 562 mu of intensive fish culture, and the total grain output reaches 98.23 million tons.

Fuluo Village

Fuluo village is merged from the original Fuluo village and daisiqiao village. It is adjacent to Xiaoshi village and otang Township in the East, Mahu village in Shijian town in the south, Xiaogou village in Baoma Township in the West and heiqi village in the north. The main road is from daisiqiao market to Fujia town. The hardened cement road of the whole village is 6.3 km. the village governs 10 economic communities, with a total resident population of 2023, 956 households and 2 migrant households. It is the site of Shizui Town, covering an area of 1 square kilometer. The main purpose of this project is to plant grain, 100 mu of scenic tree species, 115 mu of lotus root and fish in the village, and one farmer with about 2000 pigs a year. The environment is beautiful and the transportation is convenient.

Heba Village

Heba village, located in the east of Shizui Township, is a combination of Heba village and Mupai village. It is adjacent to Ma'an village in Fujia town in the East, Liaoyuan village in Fujia town in the south, heiqi village in the west, and aodian village in Fujia town in the north. The transportation is convenient. Shijian road passes through the hinterland of the village, Chengchi Expressway passes through 8, 9 and 10 economic communities, and Fujia ring road passes through 5 communities 1, 2, 6, 7 and 8 Economic society. the village governs 10 communities, with a permanent population of 2780 and 790 households, covering an area of 2390 Mu and mainly planting grain. Jiangjin has 300 mu of nine leaf green pepper, 300 mu of citrus, 100 mu of lotus root, 200 mu of fish, beautiful environment, is one of the new rural construction villages listed by the higher authorities.

Heiqi Village

Heiqi village is located in the middle of Shizui township. It is a combination of Fuqiang village and heiqi village. It is adjacent to Heba village in the East, Fuluo village in the west, Xiaoshi village in the South and Aiai village in Baoma Township in the north. The transportation is convenient. The village road has been hardened for 23 kilometers where the township government is located. the village governs 12 communities, with a total permanent population of 3667 and 1054 households. There is a processing enterprise and two schools in the village. The total area of the village is 3230 mu, mainly planting grain and vegetables. There are two modern pig farms in the village, 150 mu of lotus root, 130 mu of prickly ash, 200 mu of fish, 150 mu of walnut and 200 mu of flower seedlings. With beautiful environment and convenient transportation, it is one of the villages listed in the new rural planning and construction by the higher authorities.

Small stone village

Xiaoshi village is a combination of Dashi village and Xiaoshi village. It is adjacent to heiqi village, Fuluo village, otang Township and Xinmiao village. The cement road in the village is hardened by 8.6 km, which lays the foundation for the economic development of the village. there are 11 economic societies under the jurisdiction of the village, with a total of 2772 permanent residents and 13 immigrants. Food, vegetables and fruits are mainly planted in the village. In recent years, Xiaoshi village has introduced owners to plant rattan pepper, which has been popularized. Farmers in Xiaoshi village have increased their income by enriching planting varieties.

Xinmiao Village

Xinmiao village is a combination of Biyu village and Xinmiao village. It is adjacent to otang Township, Fujia town and NongWang township. The traffic is convenient. Chengchi expressway runs across the north and South and passes through five economic communities. The section of Fuou road in Xinmiao village is 3 km long and connected with Fuwang Road, so the traffic is convenient. the village governs 10 economic communities, with a total of more than 3200 permanent residents, more than 900 permanent residents, more than 30 immigrants, and more than 20 kilometers of village roads, 15.5 kilometers of which have been hardened. There are two private owners and one company owner in the village. The flower industry is booming, aquaculture is in full swing, and animal husbandry is two households. With a total area of more than 3000 mu, the village is mainly planted with grain, vegetables and fruits, and more than 600 mu of flowers and seedlings are planted in the village. With beautiful environment, it is one of the villages listed in the new rural planning and construction by the higher authorities.

Regionalization adjustment
