Qingcheng Town, belonging to Yuzhong County, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, is located in the north of Yuzhong County, with shanghuacha Township in the East, haxian Township in the south, Shichuan Township in Gaolan county and shuichuan Township in Baiyin district across the river in the West and North. The area is 137.56 square kilometers. In 2018, 18737 people registered residence.

In 1912, Qingcheng town was established. In 1953, it was promoted to Qingcheng district. In 1964, it was changed into Qingcheng commune. In 1983, it was changed to urban and rural areas. In 2003, the township was set up. In June 2020, Qingcheng town governs 14 administrative villages.

In 2018, Qingcheng town has two comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
