Dongcheng Street is located in Shangshui County, Zhoukou City, with an area of 17 square kilometers and 10800 mu of cultivated land. It extends to Beizhan road in the west, the east boundary of wangdaoping administrative village in the East, the moat in the South and Weier road in the north.

The administrative villages include wanggouqiao village, wangdaoping village, chaikeng village, Supo village, Anzhuang village, Fuzhuang village and nizhuang village.
