Xincheng Street area is 42.45 square kilometers, with a total population of 3794 by the end of 2011.
In March 1998, Xincheng street was set up. In June 2020, there will be two streets under the jurisdiction of Xincheng community.

History and culture
The origin of place names
In the early 1930s, with the development of forestry in Aershan area, the settlement of forestry workers was called "old yiershi". In August 1998, a new urban area was planned and built in ALSHAN City, so it was named Xincheng street.
