Xiaguanying Town, belonging to Qian'an City, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Qian'an city. It faces Yinzhuang Township, Lulong County, Qinhuangdao city across Qinglong River in the East, pengdianzi Township in the south, Qian'an town in the West and kouzhuang Township in the north, with an administrative area of 71.81 square kilometers.

In 1953, Xiaguanying township was built; in 1986, Xiaguanying township was changed into a town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Xia Guan Ying Town was 34129. As of June 2020, Xiaguanying town has jurisdiction over one community and 28 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in Xiaguanying village.

History of construction

In 1953, Xiaguanying township was built.
